1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student", "Attendee", "Client", or "User") and Sense Layer Hub Pty Ltd (ABN 84 639 210 495), operating at 6 Park Lane, Dawson VIC 3858, Australia ("Sense Layer Hub", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing our website (https://sense-layerhub.click), registering for our educational workshops, reserving laboratory workbench time, or commissioning on-site engineering audits, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Educational Services & Nature of Training

Sense Layer Hub provides vocational technical education, hands-on micro-soldering instruction, immersion thermal engineering seminars, and on-site physical facility audits.

Our courses are educational and technical in nature. We do not provide financial advice, investment counsel, portfolio management, or guarantees regarding cryptocurrency market pricing or mining profitability. All diagnostic techniques, schematics, and testing workflows are intended solely to teach hardware maintenance and electrical safety.

3. Laboratory Safety & Conduct in Dawson

When participating in in-person workshops at our Dawson, Victoria laboratory, you agree to strictly comply with all workplace health, safety, and electrical instructions issued by our instructors:

• Mandatory wearing of enclosed footwear and provided ESD wristbands and safety eyewear.
• No unauthorized alteration or direct connection of live high-current 415V electrical switchboards.
• Safe handling of soldering irons, hot-air pencils, and chemical fluxes as demonstrated in orientation.

Sense Layer Hub reserves the right to immediately dismiss any attendee from the facility whose conduct endangers the safety of staff, fellow students, or equipment, without entitlement to tuition refund.

4. Intellectual Property & Course Materials

All course curricula, spiral-bound technical manuals, diagnostic schematics, telemetry dashboard templates, videos, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Sense Layer Hub Pty Ltd.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to utilize provided course materials for your personal study and operational maintenance. You may not republish, sell, publicly distribute, or duplicate our proprietary diagnostic manuals without prior written authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Sense Layer Hub Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your hardware repair attempts, equipment modifications, electrical installations, or site build-outs performed outside our direct laboratory supervision.

Electrical work on premises in Australia must be performed or certified by licensed electrical contractors in accordance with AS/NZS 3000. Our seminars do not substitute for formal electrical licensing.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
