Who This Course Is For
Mining farm technicians, independent facility operators, electronic repair technicians, and serious hobbyists seeking professional board-level troubleshooting skills.
Prerequisites & Background
Basic understanding of DC electronics and multimeter usage. Prior soldering experience is beneficial but fundamental micro-soldering techniques are covered from day one.
Register Interest for This WorkshopCurriculum Breakdown
Comprehensive physical and electronic diagnosis of hashboards, power supply units (PSUs), and control boards. Students work on live, non-operational units to diagnose open circuits, short circuits, voltage regulator failures, and thermal degradation.
Architecture, Power Domain Isolation & Signal Line Tracing
Deep dive into hashboard schematics, LDO regulators, boost circuits, and signal propagation lines (CLK, TX, RX, RST, BO). Hands-on signal testing using logic analyzers and digital multimeters to pinpoint signal breaks.
Micro-Soldering, Thermal Profile Management & Component Rework
Controlled pre-heating and hot-air reflow protocols. Removing and replacing surface-mount capacitors, diodes, EEPROM chips, and buck regulators without delaminating copper PCB layers.
Fault Diagnosis Matrix, Control Board Flashing & Final QA
UART kernel log analysis, Linux-based testing fixtures, PIC microcontroller reprogramming, and thermal stress burn-in testing. Practical assessment where students repair a randomized fault board.
